Our room was comfortable, appropriate climate. The chair fabric in the room was filthy but outside of that we were really happy with our choice. Norma's servers were great and very good with our son - my only negative is there were not a lot of healthier options on the menu especially the kids menu I would have liked to been able to have fruit or applesauce instead of fries. The pool and hot tub were clean and appropriate temperature - while we missed the giant wood burning fireplace in the lobby we were impressed with the change of venue to still have hot chocolate and cookies after skiing which our son loved.

My husband had requested a feather free room which was completely accommodated and any other request was met without a hesitation - a nice change from the Marriott we had stayed in Florida in December, where there were 3x as many staff and not half the service of TopNotch. When we arrived there was obvious construction equipment and renovation going on where the lobby used to be and they moved the check in to the spa, they had complimentary valet parking due to the inconvenience. We got a call two days beforehand informing us of the construction so we were a little worried.
We traveled to TopNotch Resort and Spa with our 3.5 year old son January 24-27 - we were a little skeptical after reading reviews on here that were negative in regards to the construction and renovations being done as we had been 4 years prior and had an amazing experience.
